A deposit (typically 50%) is often required before work begins
Remaining balance is due before launch

Monthly payment in advance
30-day notice required to cancel
Late payments may result in paused work.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
Specific Google rankings
Traffic levels
Enquiry volume
SEO is influenced by many external factors outside our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Respond in a reasonable timeframe
Supply content, images or approvals when needed
Delays from the client may affect timelines.
6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope.
Additional work outside scope may be charged separately.
7. Intellectual Property
Final website becomes yours once fully paid
We may showcase work in our portfolio
Any third-party assets remain subject to their licences
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools including:
Squarespace
Google Analytics
SEO tools
We are not responsible for outages or issues from these platforms.
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue or business
Website downtime outside our control
Third-party issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Payments are not made
Communication breaks down
Terms are breached
